Great value compared to other properties, and tidy. Well maintained hotel, we loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and everything was fabulous. The location was UNBEATABLE, relatively near Lewis Park.

Unique base for exploring Courtenay. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Really loved yogurt and breads for breakfast. Room was good value😀
The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it. Checked the conditioner and it was a bit noisy. Beds were too soft.
